Soccer Game Preview: Corinth Holders vs. Green Level + How To Watch

The Corinth Holders Pirates will head out on the road to take on the Green Level Gators at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Corinth Holders' offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Corinth Holders fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against Millbrook on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 3-1 to the Wildcats. That's two games in a row now that Corinth Holders have lost by exactly two goals.

Their goal came courtesy of Ioannis Dubchak, who's now up to 23 this season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Green Level, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over Green Hope on Wednesday. The score was all tied up 2-2 at the break, but Green Level were the better team in the second half.

Green Level pushed their record up to 13-6-3 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 43 goals over those nine contests. As for Corinth Holders, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-12.

Corinth Holders might still be hurting after the 7-4 loss they got from Green Level in their previous meeting back in September of 2019. Can the Pirates avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
