Jefferson not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since October 7th (when they won 3-0). They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Roosevelt Rough Riders. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.

Jefferson's got stronger as the match went on, holding Roosevelt to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-18, 25-16.

Jefferson is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-11 record this season. As for Roosevelt, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-21.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Jefferson is set to square off against their familiar foe Washington at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Roosevelt will take on rival Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
