Softball Recap: Palisade Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Palisade was the 3-2 winner over Montrose when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldogs fell 5-1 to the Red Hawks on Tuesday.

Jamyson Mancuso was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two doubles and one run.

Palisade's defeat dropped their record down to 13-8. As for Montrose, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Palisade will venture away from home to square off against Rifle at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Montrose, they will head out to face off against Delta at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Red Hawks are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
