Norwayne extended their home winning streak to 16 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Allie Demassimo. The Bobcats claimed a resounding 62-6 victory over the Northwestern Huskies for which the team can thank Demassimo, who almost dropped a double-double with 18 points and nine steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last three games she's played dating back to last season.

Norwayne's record now sits at 2-0. As for Northwestern, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Norwayne is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will square off against Berkshire at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Northwestern, they will face off against Triway at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
