Basketball Recap: Strom Thurmond Takes a Loss

Strom Thurmond played a tough contest on Wednesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 51-29 to the Mid-Carolina Rebels. Strom Thurmond has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Strom Thurmond's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Mid-Carolina, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Strom Thurmond won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Silver Bluff at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mid-Carolina, they will host Chester at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
