Basketball Recap: Arvada-Clearmont Takes a Loss

Arvada-Clearmont was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Riverside Rebels 58-14. If the Panthers were looking for revenge after losing 59-8 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Arvada-Clearmont's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Riverside, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Arvada-Clearmont will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Casper Christian at 10:30 a.m. on January 11, 2025. Riverside has already played their next game, a 63-23 loss against Upton on the 14th.
