Soccer Game Preview: Wauseon vs. Continental + How To Watch

The Wauseon Indians will venture away from home to face off against the Continental Pirates at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Wauseon's last five contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

While Wauseon's win against Liberty Center wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Indians never let the Tigers get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for Wauseon in their matchups with Liberty Center: they've now won seven in a row.

Meanwhile, Continental made easy work of Pettisville on Tuesday and carried off a 9-1 victory. Continental might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matches by three goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting Pettisville from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Collin Hammond led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by himself.

Continental's win bumped their record up to 12-1-2. As for Wauseon, their victory bumped their record up to 12-1-3.
