Soccer Recap: Bridge City vs. Silsbee

Bridge City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Silsbee Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-1 back in February.

Bridge City wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Little Cypress-Mauriceville on the 11th. As for Silsbee, they will take on Lumberton at 6:00 p.m. on March 14th. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Lumberton has won four straight at home, while Silsbee won three straight on the road), something that'll have to change.
