Basketball Recap: Westbrook Comes Up Short

Westbrook lost to North Branford back in January of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Knights took a blow against the Thunderbirds, falling 64-36.

Westbrook's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for North Branford, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-7 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Westbrook will take on rival Haddam-Killingworth at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, North Branford is set to challenge their familiar foe Coginchaug Regional at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
