Whitehall fell victim to Ludington and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They lost 6-0 to the Orioles. Whitehall have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Meanwhile, after low-scoring totals in their previous three contest, Fruitport brought some dynamite into their most recent match. Their defense stepped up to hand Godwin Heights a 5-0 shutout on Wednesday. With that win, Fruitport brought their scoring average up to 2.6 goals per game.

They hit Godwin Heights with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Myla Parker (3), Regan Wilson, and Riley Lawson.

Whitehall now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Fruitport, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
