Basketball Game Preview: Benedictine Cadets vs. Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons

The Benedictine Cadets are taking a road trip to face off against the Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons at 5:10 p.m. on Friday. Benedictine has given up an average of 72.6 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Benedictine managed to slip by Bishop Ireton the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Cadets had to suffer through an 89-28 loss at the hands of the Cardinals. The matchup marked the Cadets' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Our Lady of Good Counsel not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since January 28th (when they won 81-56). Everything went their way against Southern Maryland Christian Academy as they made off with a 78-58 win.

Benedictine now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Our Lady of Good Counsel, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
