Football Recap: Kendrick Comes Up Short

Kendrick extended their losing streak to three on Thursday, dropping them down to 4-6. They were beaten by the Carver Tigers 42-0. The Cherokees were not able to make up for their loss to the Tigers from their previous meeting back in November of 2024.

As for Carver, the win keeps them at an undefeated 10-0. Considering they have won eight matchups by more than 25 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Carver's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Sebastian Heard led the charge by throwing for 148 yards and two touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes. Zach Watts also deserves a mention for his punt return touchdown.

As of now, neither Kendrick nor Carver have any future games scheduled.
