Basketball Game Preview: Taylor Griffins vs. Roosevelt Bears

The Taylor Griffins will take on the Roosevelt Bears at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Tuesday, Taylor ended up a good deal behind Woodhaven and lost 63-46. The Griffins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Roosevelt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 50-26 to Anderson.

Taylor now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Roosevelt, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.

Taylor won a contest that couldn't have been any closer when the teams last played back in January, slipping by Roosevelt 69-68. Will Taylor repeat their success, or does Roosevelt have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
