Arvada West had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Westminster Wolves with a sharp 3-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wildcats also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Arvada West walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-18, 25-15, 25-19.

Eloise Bearcomesout paced Arvada West's offense, picking up nine kills. Bearcomesout got some help from Alex Williams and her 27 assists. Bearcomesout was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Arvada West's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Westminster, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

Arvada West and Westminster will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Wildcats will square off against rival Valor Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Westminster is set to take on their familiar foe Brighton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
