Volleyball Recap: Hamden Picks Up Third Consecutive Win + How To Watch

Hamden entered their tilt with Law on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Lawmen. This was a revenge game for the Green Dragons: when they faced off against the Lawmen two weeks ago, they had to take a 3-2 loss.

Hamden never let Law on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-23, 25-18.

Bella Green paced Hamden's offense, picking up 12 kills. Green got some help from Tamia Walters and her 20 assists. Green was also solid from the service line: she led the team with 13 aces.

Hamden's victory bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Law, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hamden will host Killingly at 11:30 a.m. on Monday. As for Law, they will welcome Griswold at 5:15 p.m. on Monday.
