Soccer Recap: Oxbridge Academy Takes a Loss

If Oxbridge Academy was riding high fresh off their 6-1 takedown of Atlantic Christian on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The ThunderWolves fell just short of the Wellington Wolverines by a score of 3-2 on Friday.

Oscar Hackney wasn't going to let Wellington walk away unscathed as he scored both of Oxbridge Academy's goals, bringing his season total up to four goals.

Oxbridge Academy now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Wellington, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Oxbridge Academy will square off against North Broward Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Wellington, they will challenge Seminole Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
