Baseball Recap: Madill Comes Up Short

Madill fell victim to Plainview and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Indians, falling 18-0. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Indians recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Madill's loss dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Plainview, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 16-12.

While Madill had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
