Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pueblo South). They took their matchup on Thursday with ease, bagging a 62-21 victory over the Harrison Panthers. The Colts haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Pueblo South's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Chace Hurley led the charge by rushing for 149 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 7.8 yards per carry. That's the most rushing yards Hurley has posted since back in September of 2024. Caeden Herrera was another key passer, throwing for 260 yards and four TDs on only 17 passes.

Pueblo South's run defense was locked in: Harrison could only muster 2.5 yards per carry. The team can thank Damien Martinez for the heroic effort on defense: he. Despite the loss, Harrison still got an impressive performance from JEILO HAMENYIMANA, who threw for 284 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 passes. TYLER SCOTT also helped out with an impressive 101 receiving yards.

Pueblo South's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Harrison, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
