Volleyball Recap: Broomfield Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Broomfield was the 3-0 winner over Longmont when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trojans on Thursday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-14, 14-25, 25-15.

Broomfield's offense was headlined by Kendra Runyon and Adelaide Griest, who picked up nine kills apiece. They got some help from Brooklyn Kessler and her 15 assists. Addy Stahlman controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Broomfield's loss dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Longmont, they moved to 8-11 with that victory, which also ended their three-match losing streak.

Broomfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Longmont, they have already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Cheyenne Mountain on the 31st.
