Red Lake piles up the points against Goodridge/Grygla

Recap: Red Lake Warriors vs. Goodridge/Grygla Chargers
Even though the Goodridge/Grygla Chargers scored an imposing 56 points on Friday, the Red Lake Warriors still came out on top. Red Lake claimed a resounding 92-56 win over Goodridge/Grygla at home. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 45-24.
Red Lake had a senior duo take command as Jack Brown went 8 for 12 from beyond the arc en route to 31 points and 4 assists and Gerald Kingbird Jr scored 25 points along with 6 assists and 3 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyrone Beaulieu Jr, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 10 rebounds.
Red Lake's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Goodridge/Grygla, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Red Lake will be playing in front of their home fans against North Woods at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Goodridge/Grygla, they will head out on the road to face off against Red Lake County Central at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
