Basketball Recap: Milton Takes a Loss

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Milton couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They took a 68-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tocoi Creek Toros on Monday.

Milton's defeat dropped their record down to 20-8. As for Tocoi Creek, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 26-3.

Milton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Tocoi Creek, they will square off against Lake Howell at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Tocoi Creek knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past nine contests -- so hopefully Lake Howell likes a good challenge.
