Blair had won four straight games and Addi Svehla did her part to make it five on Saturday. The Bears walked away with a 2-0 win over the Burke Bulldogs with plenty of help from Svehla, who had 11 digs and two assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last four games she's played.

While Blair might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Burke scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-19.

Blair's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Burke, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

Coming up, Blair will head out on the road to square off against Waverly at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Burke, they will be taking part in a tournament against Bellevue West at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
