Centerville has gone a perfect 4-0 against West St. Mary recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Centerville Bulldogs will square off against the West St. Mary Wolfpack at 5:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Centerville will bounce into Thursday's game after beating V.B. Glencoe Charter, who they had gone 0-3 against in their three prior meetings. Everything went Centerville's way against V.B. Glencoe Charter on Wednesday as Centerville made off with a 29-18 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Bulldogs as it put an end to their six-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West St. Mary). They were the clear victor by an 18-3 margin over Franklin on Tuesday. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Wolfpack's hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-7. As for West St. Mary, their win ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-4.

Centerville skirted past West St. Mary 11-9 in their previous meeting back in February. The rematch might be a little tougher for Centerville since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
