Hanover Central won the last time they faced Lake Station Edison and things went their way on Saturday too. The Hanover Central Wildcats were the clear victor by a 70-50 margin over the Lake Station Edison Fighting Eagles. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Hanover Central has also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-7 record this season. As for Lake Station Edison, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hanover Central will face off against Andrean at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Andrean has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games. As for Lake Station Edison, they will take on River Forest at 7:00 p.m. on February 1st.
