Underclassman Leila Diebert came into Thursday's match looking to prove herself and that's exactly what she did. She wasn't messing around on Thursday, striking out 12 batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits (and not a single walk). The pitching appearance was her fourth straight with two or fewer walks.
