Calloway County won the last time they faced Paducah Tilghman and things went their way on Friday too. The Calloway County Lakers took their contest with ease, bagging a 78-42 win over the Paducah Tilghman Blue Tornado. The Lakers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Calloway County's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Sayler Lowe, who went 10-for-13 en route to 22 points along with seven rebounds and six assists. What's more, Lowe also posted a 77% shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's achieved since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Jaycee Crouch, who shot 70% from the field to rack up 22 points.

The victory made it two in a row for Calloway County and bumps their season record up to 25-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.0 points over those games. As for Paducah Tilghman, they now have a losing record of 11-12.

Calloway County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 40-27 defeat against Marshall County on the 8th. Paducah Tilghman does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
