Page barely beat Western Guilford the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Pirates simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Hornets 56-0. The Pirates might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by 21 points or more this season.

Anthony Johnson was a one-man wrecking crew as he threw for 244 yards and four touchdowns on only 15 passes, and also rushed for 39 yards and one score. Those 244 passing yards gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Christopher Armstrong, who picked up 123 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.

Page didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Justin White and Khayri Winchester. White has been hot recently, having posted at least one interception the last three times he's played. Page received some extra help from White, whose fumble return for a touchdown made for one of the most unforgettable moments.

Despite the loss, Western Guilford still got an impressive performance from Timothy (Tim) Baker, who rushed for 81 yards on only ten carries, and also picked up 65 receiving yards.incredibly, Baker got all that yardage with just one huge grab

Page has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 36.0 points over those games. As for Western Guilford, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-5.
