After losing to Walnut Grove the last time they met, East Forsyth decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Broncos sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 14-13 win over the Warriors on Thursday.

East Forsyth's victory bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Walnut Grove, they now have a losing record of 8-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Forsyth will host Seckinger at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The Broncos' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Jaguars have averaged an impressive 8.8 runs per game this season. As for Walnut Grove, they will welcome Cedar Shoals at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
