Lafayette is a perfect 6-0 against Fort White since September of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Hornets will welcome the Indians at 7:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Lafayette came up short against Branford on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Hornets have struggled against the Buccaneers recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-14, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Fort White lost 3-0 to Dixie County on Thursday.

While Fort White ultimately came up short, they really made Dixie County work, particularly in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-12, 25-18.

Lafayette's loss dropped their record down to 14-5. As for Fort White, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-11.

Lafayette took their victory against Fort White when the teams last played back in October of 2023 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Hornets repeat their success, or do the Indians have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
