Kayden Rogers put up the most strikeouts she's had since back in September of 2024 on Monday. She struck out five batters over six innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk).

Coming up, Rogers and Excelsior Springs will square off against Kearney at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Rogers had to take a defeat the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their contest back in October of 2024 5-0.
