Goldthwaite scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Winters Blizzards as the Goldthwaite Eagles made off with a 21-9 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for Goldthwaite as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Jack Wetzig was incredible, scoring four runs and stealing two bases while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was Kayden Koho, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances.

On Winters' side, Mark Moreno put in work no matter where he played. He struck out 11 batters over four innings while giving up five earned (and three unearned) runs off four hits. Moreno was even better at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while going 3-for-4.
