First Flight is a perfect 10-0 against Northeastern since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The First Flight Nighthawks are taking a road trip to take on the Northeastern Eagles at 5:00 p.m. First Flight will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

If Northeastern heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when First Flight took over last week. First Flight came out on top against Swansboro by a score of 3-1 on Saturday. Three seems to be a good number for the Nighthawks as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of goals in their previous game.

Leighton Dutt and Summer Stevens scored all three of First Flight's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

Meanwhile, Northeastern had to start their season on the road on Saturday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against North Brunswick, falling 9-0.

First Flight's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Northeastern, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.

Everything went First Flight's way against Northeastern in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, as First Flight made off with an 8-1 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for First Flight since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
