After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Central brought some dynamite into their most recent match. They blew past the Dublin Fighting Irish 4-1 on Tuesday. Considering the Chargers' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Central's win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-6. As for Dublin, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-6.

Looking ahead, Central will square off against Washington County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Central will be up against Washington County's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.5 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
