North Brunswick took care of business in their home opener on Tuesday. They took down Northside - Jacksonville 45-28.

Meanwhile, East Columbus strolled past Union with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 52-33.
North Brunswick's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for East Columbus, their win bumped their record up to an identical 1-0.
North Brunswick strolled past East Columbus in their previous meeting back in December of 2021 by a score of 41-25. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was East Columbus' Harmony Somerville, who dropped a double-double on 10 points and 19 rebounds.
