Soccer Game Preview: Rochester vs. Tenino + How To Watch

Rochester hasn't had much luck against Tenino recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Warriors will be playing in front of their home fans against the Beavers at 7:00 p.m. Rochester has given up an average of 3.1 goals per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Rochester fell victim to Montesano and their airtight defense on Thursday. They lost 8-0 to the Bulldogs. While losing is never fun, Rochester can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 202nd, while Montesano are ranked 47th).

Meanwhile, Tenino kept a clean sheet against Hoquiam on Thursday. They blew past the Grizzlies 7-0. Considering Tenino have won four matches by more than four goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The win made it two in a row for Tenino and bumps their season record up to 7-2-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two contests. As for Rochester, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7-3.

Rochester took their win against Tenino in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 4-0 score. Do the Warriors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Beavers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
