Tony Engel Game Report: vs Weeping Water

Passers beware: Tony Engel came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also picked up 39 receiving yards, helping propel Mead past Weeping Water by a score of 22-14. We hope Engel's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Coming up, Engel and Mead are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: Mead will take on David City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Raiders closed last season having struggled on the road and they will enter the game having lost four straight away games dating back to last season.
