Soccer Recap: South Davidson Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact South Davidson can now relate to. They came up short against the Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy Gryphons on Wednesday, falling 9-0. While losing is never fun, South Davidson can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 587th, while Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy are ranked 79th).

South Davidson has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season. As for Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy, the victory was the 20th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 22-1.
