Soccer Game Preview: Sageview vs. Kennewick + How To Watch

The Sageview Lobos will venture away from home to challenge the Kennewick Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Sageview comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

On Tuesday, Sageview didn't have quite enough to beat Chiawana and fell 3-2. While losing is never fun, Sageview can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 245th, while Chiawana are ranked second).

Jorge Gonzalez and Gio Puga scored both of Sageview's goals, bringing their combined season tally to three goals.

Meanwhile, Kennewick fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against Hermiston on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 3-2. That's two games in a row now that Kennewick have lost by just one goal.

Sageview's loss dropped their record down to 0-9-1. As for Kennewick, they now have a losing record of 4-5.
