Volleyball Recap: Bennington Comes Up Short

Bennington lost against Elkhorn South back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Badgers fell just short of the Storm by a score of 2-1. The Badgers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hayden Liebsack paced Bennington's offense, picking up 25 kills. Liebsack got some help from Kate Sebree and her 41 assists.

Bennington's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Elkhorn South, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-2.

Coincidentally, Bennington and Elkhorn South will both be playing O'Gorman the next time they take the court. The Badgers will head out to face the Knights at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Storm will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
