Flag Football Recap: Portal Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Portal was feeling good fresh off their 38-12 takedown of Tattnall County on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Panthers took a 26-7 bruising from the South Effingham Mustangs on Monday.

Portal dropped their record down to 9-7 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for South Effingham, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Portal is set to take on their familiar foe Effingham County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, South Effingham will challenge rival Statesboro at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
