Volleyball Game Preview: Loganville Red Devils vs. Cherokee Bluff Bears

The Loganville Red Devils will face off against the Cherokee Bluff Bears at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cherokee Bluff took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Loganville, who comes in off a win.

Loganville saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top against Monroe Area by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Red Devils.

Meanwhile, Cherokee Bluff came up short against St. Pius X Catholic on Saturday and fell 2-0. The game marked the first time this season in which the Bears were not able to get on the board.

While Cherokee Bluff was not able to win a set, they sure kept things interesting: every set was decided by exactly two points. The final score came out to 25-23, 26-24.

Loganville's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Cherokee Bluff, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Everything went Loganville's way against Cherokee Bluff in their previous matchup back in August of 2023, as Loganville made off with a 3-0 victory. Will the Red Devils repeat their success, or do the Bears have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
