Volleyball Recap: Raymond Gets the Win

Raymond posted their closest win since September 17, 2024 on Monday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Mendenhall Tigers, sneaking past 3-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in August.

Raymond's victory bumped their record up to 3-8. As for Mendenhall, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 5-8.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Raymond is set to face off against their familiar foe Forest at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Mendenhall will challenge rival Morton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
