Acton-Boxborough won the last time they faced Concord-Carlisle and things went their way on Thursday too. The Revolution put the hurt on the Patriots with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Revolution.

Acton-Boxborough never let Concord-Carlisle on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 28-26, 25-20.

Among those leading the charge was Ella Plate, who had seven digs and two aces.

Plate wasn't the only good servers: Acton-Boxborough was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. The Revolution are 8-4 when they serve at least ten aces.

Acton-Boxborough's record now sits at 8-9. As for Concord-Carlisle, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-10.

Acton-Boxborough wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Cambridge Rindge & Latin on the 24th. Concord-Carlisle does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
