River Ridge was not the first on the board on Tuesday, but they got there more often. They had just enough and edged out the North Paulding Wolfpack 2-1.

Allison Craig and Pope Scurlock scored both of River Ridge's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

River Ridge picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 2-4. As for North Paulding, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Coming up, River Ridge will be playing at home against Sequoyah at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Paulding, they are taking a road trip to take on North Cobb at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. North Paulding's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
