Basketball Recap: Cotter Comes Up Short

The Cotter Warriors lost 50-24 to the Tuckerman Bulldogs on Friday. The contest marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Cotter and nudges their season record down to 7-7. As for Tuckerman, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cotter will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Mountain Home Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on January 6, 2025. Tuckerman will also get a bit of a break before their next game: they'll face off against Izard County at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
