Baseball Recap: West Broward Comes Up Short

If West Broward was riding high fresh off their 9-1 takedown of Episcopal School of Dallas last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. West Broward lost 11-1 to the St. John's Cadets on Tuesday.

Lenny Sufran was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run while going 2-for-2. That's the most hits he has posted since back in February.

West Broward's loss dropped their record down to 10-7. As for St. John's, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 10-0.

Coming up, West Broward will take on Rock Bridge at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. John's, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Paul VI at 4:30 p.m.
