Football Game Preview: North Adams Green Devils vs. Peebles Indians

After both having extra time off, the North Adams Green Devils and the Peebles Indians will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. North Adams has given up an average of 28.4 points per game this season, but Saturday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Two weeks ago, North Adams took a blow against Manchester, falling 52-9. The Green Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

North Adams didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Earl Stier and Chayleb Carter.

Peebles never got on the board in their matchup back in August, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against North Adams back in September. They strolled past the Green Devils with points to spare, taking the game 32-14. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Indians' offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

North Adams now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Peebles, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

North Adams lost to Peebles on the road by a decisive 32-14 margin in their previous matchup back in September. Can the Green Devils avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
