Volleyball Recap: Lone Star Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lone Star can now relate to. They fell 3-1 to the Sargent Farmers on Saturday. The Longhorns have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 24-26, 25-18, 25-20.

Jade Kuntz paced Lone Star's offense, picking up 13 kills. Kuntz got some help from Grace Cochran and her 29 assists. Peytyn Kuntz controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Lone Star's defeat dropped their record down to 14-10. As for Sargent, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-2 record this season.

Lone Star does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sargent, they have already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Evangel Christian Academy on the 13th.
