Volleyball Game Preview: Mercyhurst Prep Lakers vs. Fort LeBoeuf Bison

The Mercyhurst Prep Lakers will face off against the Fort LeBoeuf Bison at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

After dropping their season opener at home, Fort LeBoeuf is headed out to face a Lakers squad ready to give their home crowd a win. Mercyhurst Prep fell just short of Cambridge Springs by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Fort LeBoeuf was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Conneaut Area.

Fort LeBoeuf may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 18 points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-18.
