Basketball Game Preview: South Hills Huskies vs. San Dimas Saints

South Hills is 1-6 against San Dimas since December of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Wednesday. The South Hills Huskies will square off against the San Dimas Saints at 6:30 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

South Hills is headed into Wednesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their eighth straight game on Friday. They had to suffer through a 71-42 loss at the hands of AGBU. While losing is never fun, the Huskies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 917th, while the Titans are ranked 207th).

Meanwhile, San Dimas came up short against Colony on Friday and fell 55-44. The Saints have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

San Dimas' defeat dropped their record down to 13-9. As for South Hills, their loss dropped their record down to 6-15.

Things could have been worse for South Hills, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 61-43 loss to San Dimas when the teams last played back in November of 2021. Can South Hills avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
